I had wanted to consign but when asked to send pics of coins I wanted to auction, every time I took pics to send to you you keep saying oops we cannot load and please try again but after 150 times of taking photos or using The ones I had in my gallery I felt it was a waste of time and I kept seeing the words' oops there goes another one you can't sent, i have had a meltdown. Lucky my room ia only two floors up or I would have just jumped to.

The app just glitched when I was bidding on a lot. The bidding button disappeared after one bid. Then, I lost the bid. I woke up 2:30 am just for this lot, and I lost it.

This is the first time using the app for the auction. I lost a couple of auctions I wanted and almost lost one because their servers cannot handle sudden significant activity, especially for very high demand auctions. Omega Privy pennies auction was delayed a few times because their servers went down, and you could not place any bids on the app or website. This problem seems to be a recurring issue for many years according to other reviews. Stacks Bowers online auctioning needs a major upgrade.
