No OTP even after uninstalling and installing the app. Very expensive transaction costs.

It's so unacceptable that whenever I try to withdraw money from my Maputo savings account, it doesn't send the OTP for the last transaction, I can't even access my savings, there is no credibility is my savings even safe

Why is it that every time I get to the part where I need the ussd the app crashes? The app also lost some of the features, I've uninstalled even for days, and it's still the same, which begs the question, Doesn't Ollin have an app maintenance team? Why have the Ollin sacco services gotten worse across the board?
