Positive: Identifying meal items via photo works more often than not, and adding by text is not too inconvenient when the photo identification is inaccurate. Negatives: When a cup of water is included in the meal photo, it's counted as an nutritious item and also does not count towards recommended water intake. Adding an activity does not automatically check the daily activity task.

I was excited about the app and felt it was helping. Now after using it a while, I'm noticing I'm having to re-approve weigh-ins every day from multiple days. Then, it keeps demanding to use Ai to assume my food nutrients. It has and Edit button, but it never saves. With the foods being tracked are way off from what I'm having, it makes me not want to use it at all. Which is unfortunate because it was part of this whole journey and has now created more of a frustration.

I shouldn't have to download this app and follow the homework assignments to get my prescription approved by insurance. You all are making weight loss tougher and more complicated than it needs to be

Useless for glp-1. The weight looses itself and tracking eating etc. is patronizing when forced. This is another way to drive up the cost of insurance. Can't wait for glp-1 generics and dump this stupid program. It actually makes things worse because the app does not update in time for me to get my prescription. Gets in the way of treatment. Dumb app

This it's a premium product and is possibly a scam! The Coach is text only (no video calls) and their responses feel copy/paste/AI. Groups and resources are laughably limited. The learning paths are only one lesson per week so after Monday I feel no reason to use the app. Not to mention the scale is busted. I had to move it because my weight wasn't sending. The next time I used it, I weighed 10lbs less than the day before! So I have no idea what my weight actually is. Utter garbage.
