I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! It has helped me with weight loss, accountability in thinking, being and eating healthier. I got a scale and a blood pressure cuff with my insurance and those tools help me keep myself accountable of being healthier. It helps me track my blood pressure and my weight. Theirs also a Health Coach who messages me and encourages me at least twice a week. There's also a Clinician who follows up with the readings often. There's healthy recipes and exercises too. Best app ever

I am enjoying the Omaha program offered through my employer. I received a scale and blood pressure cuff that are both high-quality and connect with the app to track my progress. On the app, there is a step-by-step educational curriculum that is manageable. Also, in the app, I can track my meals and receive feedback, monitor my progress for weight loss and blood pressure management. There's a human coach who manages my progress, encourages me, and offers ideas for improvement.

Not very good at all. The scale weigh me incorrectly from the start, and now it's completely messed up the program. There's no way to delete it when I tried to put in my correct weight manually it claims I have to put in a certain range of weight that is not even close to my weight. All in all I've had horrible start with this program and I don't think I'm going to keep up with it.

Well I do not have positive things to say about this app. My health coach took months to respond to my join date, and first question. When I raised my issues she threatened to have me kicked from the program. They also make you weigh in every day. Most health care professionals advise against this.

Useless for glp-1. The weight looses itself and tracking eating etc. is patronizing when forced. This is another way to drive up the cost of insurance. Can't wait for glp-1 generics and dump this stupid program. It actually makes things worse because the app does not update in time for me to get my prescription. Gets in the way of treatment. Dumb app
