Hurricane Helene hit my area very hard. At the same time, I was recovering from a right knee replacement. My brother surprised me with an Omaha Steak Box. We had no power, but the box was packed with dry ice. Eventually, I kept the meat in a friend's freezer who had power and filled the heavy-duty styrofoam cooler with ice and bottles of water until power was restored 8 days later. I also kept the cooler for future use and will keep the ones in the future when I get or place an order.

It's a rewards' app it won't link with your actual account you already have with Omaha steaks. It should say that when you go to download it. Because it wants you to create an account it won't let you log in with your information they already have if you have an online account

I made an account. Placed an order got a confirmation. But according to Omaha I don't have an account, and I didn't place an order even though I have proof of it all. Three days of mine wasted on this garbage app do yourself a favor stay away from Omaha steak. And that's what I'm going to tell everybody I meet from now on they were no help. While trying to resolve the problem this app sucks and their customer service blows

This app will not let me shop like I have been for quite a while. It is no longer working correctly. It is time for me to order, but I can not because of your website. It's always down.
