Gainflow: Gym & Run Tracker

One log for the gym and the road.

Gainflow is a workout tracker and gym log that also tracks your runs, rides and walks with GPS. Lift in the morning, run in the evening, and see both in the same history. No ads, no distractions. Unlimited routines and custom exercises, free.

WORKOUT LOG & GYM PLANNER
• Log sets in seconds: normal, warm-up, drop set, to failure and supersets
• 300+ exercises in the database, plus your own custom movements
• Unlimited workout plans and routines — your training history is never behind a paywall
• Smart rest timer with sound alerts
• Previous values on every set, so progressive overload takes one glance
• Personal records for 1RM, set volume, reps, time and distance
• Charts for volume, estimated 1RM, reps and muscle distribution
• Works for powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, calisthenics and HIIT, and for programs like 5x5, Push Pull Legs, Upper Lower and Full Body

NEW: GPS RUN, RIDE & WALK TRACKING
• Track running, cycling and walking with live distance, pace, speed and elevation
• The GPS tracker keeps recording with the screen locked and the app in the background
• Per-kilometre splits and a pace chart after every session
• Draw a route on the map, or let AI generate running and cycling loops from your doorstep
• Follow your planned route live while you move
• A privacy zone hides your exact start and finish before an activity is shared
• Works offline — activities sync as soon as you have signal

NEW: HEALTH CONNECT
• See your steps, active energy, sleep and resting heart rate on your home screen and on your progress chart, on the same time axis as your training volume — so you can tell whether recovery is keeping up with training
• Sleep and resting heart rate explain the weeks that felt heavy; steps and active energy show how much you moved outside the gym
• Body weight arrives from your scale automatically and feeds your weight chart, BMI and measurement history — no typing the same number twice
• Save finished workouts and the measurements you enter back to Health Connect, so your other health apps stay in sync
• Reading, saving workouts and saving measurements are three separate switches, all off until you turn them on — disconnecting deletes what Gainflow imported
• Your health data is never used for advertising or analytics

AI COACH
• Chat with an AI coach about training and nutrition — type or hold the button to speak
• AI video form analysis: record a set, upload it, and get written feedback on your technique
• Weekly reviews and insights that flag plateaus, low volume and left/right imbalance
• Generate a personalised weekly training plan from your goal, experience level and equipment

BODY & HABITS
• Track body weight, body fat and circumference measurements with progress photos and charts
• Supplements: scan the barcode, see how much of the package is left, get reminders
• Calendar with planned workouts, week streaks and an active-day heatmap

COMMUNITY
• Follow friends, see their workouts and activities, copy their routines
• Private profile and per-post visibility — you decide what other people see
