Very problematic app. Always a very confusing process with set up and with this bank in general. Now the app has just decided to not confirm payments even though I confirm them, but it just keeps loading and loading, and I can only confirm the payment by using another device online or by using my number key card. As a side bit this bank really needs to move with the times and introduce English language as an option for foreigners living in Finland. The current system is very outdated.
