This is pathetic service, OMGS, it has been a week for me, they have not dispatched my order yet, they are not even reverting it... Don't waste your money by buying any product from them. Also they delete your comment

Total fraud I've ordered for an acrylic photo and paid but not delivered, only fake messages, don't trust this app it's my personal experience, you may lose your money

Extensive calling by their customer care. Too much calling almost 6-7 times a day. I believe their PR skills are very poor. They need to respect the inquiries private space. Even after telling them not to call they still keep calling you from different numbers every time. They fail to understand that the inquiry is not interested to purchase anything from them. Very, very poor standards.

I received my customized wall clock today, but unfortunately it is not working. Even after inserting a new AA battery, the second hand keeps moving one step forward and one step backward, so the clock doesn't keep time. This was very disappointing, especially for a customized product. I have contacted customer support and hope they resolve the issue quickly. I'll update my review based on their response.
