Works well with SB1+ and updated its MCU to 207.168. The Omni Utility's GUI isn't the best, but gets the job done to update firmware. I like the fact that this app can run on older Android version (4.1 and up), which means my older tablets can still use this app.

I had to download this app and launch it from the Polk Omni app to update 2 Omni speakers, and since the update finished neither speaker has turned on. These speakers and this app are a huge waste of time and money. Go buy SONOS.

DOESN'T WORK!!!!! This app is required to update the POLK OMNI APP. But when it links you to launch the Utility there's a message that it's "not available" and needs to download with a USB? WHAT? Even Tech Support doesn't know what the heck is going on! Every time POLK does an "update" it just makes things worse! I agree with the other post - why do we need ANOTHER APP to do the same thing the existing one does? Also, the utility cannot be viewed in "landscape." You have no choice but to view it vertically. That's nuts if you're using a tablet! Crazy making at it's absolute supreme best!
