OmniFit Performance

Diagnostic-Led Coaching Your training, nutrition, and progress in one place — built from your assessment, adjusted by your coach, designed to need less of him over time. OmniFit Performance is the client app for OmniFit Performance LLC, a diagnostic-led personal training practice based in San Diego. This app is for current OmniFit clients. If you're not yet a client, visit omnifittraining.com to apply. Every program in this app starts with an assessment. Movement, strength, and lifestyle are evaluated first, then the program is built around what the data shows — not a template. Your coach reviews your work and adjusts the plan as you progress. What you'll use it for: Your program — each session laid out with sets, reps, load, tempo, and video demonstrations. Correctives are built into every warm-up. Logging — record what you lifted, how it felt, and where you had trouble. Your coach sees it the same day. Progress tracking — body metrics, strength benchmarks, and photos over time, so trends are visible instead of guessed. Nutrition and habits — daily targets and check-ins that match the phase you're in. Messaging — direct line to your coach for form checks, questions, or schedule changes. Scheduling — book and manage in-studio, in-home, and virtual sessions. How the program is structured: Assess → Correct → Build → Sustain. The goal is progressive independence: you should need less coaching input as the program goes on, not more. The app is where that handoff happens — the plan, the feedback, and the record of how you got there stay with you. OmniFit Performance serves clients in-studio at Teqneeq Functional Health Center in 4S Ranch, in-home across La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, and 4S Ranch, and virtually nationwide. Coaching by Nemezio LopezPerez, NASM CPT, CES, PES, BCS, CNC; ACE CES.
