With OnCare.Health Mobile it is easy to measure vibrations and display, store or forward this data directly! It is a helpful tool for troubleshooting and preventive measures, a smart solution with the first step into professional maintenance for your equipment.

This application of OnCare.Health Mobile is a functional part of a Condition Monitoring System (CMS). Using the internal motion sensor, simple vibration measurements in 3 directions are possible, the time signal and frequency spectrum (acceleration and speed) are displayed in diagrams, can be stored and sent directly via email. To each measurement in CSV format, location, comments, machine, production and environment information can be added. Screenshots of the diagrams and a photo of the measuring point environment can also be attached.

Professional machine diagnostics often require higher demands from the sensor technology. With the MD300 add-on device, high-resolution vibration values are transmitted via Bluetooth interface. The device is equipped with 6 measuring channels and therefore versatile.

Besides troubleshooting, the application is also designed for preventive maintenance. In connection with the diagnostic software VibroCheck, measuring routes can be configured, all data can be stored, displayed and evaluated. Extensions with permanent measurements and connections to control systems and maintenance management systems (OnCare.Asset) are then the next steps into professional maintenance.

Another function is a balance measurement for balancing rotating machine parts.
