Worst service provider. You can't even renew your account through their app or online portal, not even through the immediate customer support service. Calling on customer support, they will just arrange a call from renewal team which I don't know when are they going to call supposedly between 10am to 6pm, so if you have any urgency during nighttime and your plan gets expired, you don't have any option to renew except to wait and wait and wait until their team gives you a callback

SCAMMERS. Pathetic absolutely diabolical service. One broadband provider authorized installation to be done by third party and this local provider has taken money for 2 months subscription but recharged only for a month after 3 days of continuoscontacting customer care they said "WE CANNOT HELP CONTACT THE THIRD PARTY LIKE SERIOUSLY" and hung up the phone multiple times. The app doesn't have information about your recharge or validity info. I'm seriously thinking of filing a Complaint with TRAI.
