Why there's no English version? Is it too hard to translate the string resources? Even Leumi does that!! Upd. Thanks for the reply, will update the rating to more stars once done. What is the ETA/Product planning on the translations?

Terrible service, the app is fine, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced. I emptied+closed my account after suffering horrible service only to find out months later that my account is still active and is now in minus. I tried it because I was promised conditions that seemed good, it was all a lie and I had to wait weeks to get responses and to figure out it was a scam. Now I'm again stuck in the loop of trying to close my account. Don't recommend them, try other banks.

I don't understand what is going on in my account I had 2360 shekels then suddenly I get 347 only left in my acount what the hell is going on i don't get it bring me back my money now I enter I have minus 1758 shekel are you serious

Awful customer service takes them ages to respond in the chat, and sometimes, they just close the chat without providing service. Some bugs and laggy app and a very primitive "virtual assistant" or whatever that can't handle basic conversations and don't have answers to almost anything that may concern a customer at a bank. And no, they don't have 24/6 service

Service is no longer 24/6 as promised. New AI chat system understands nothing! Over all, you get the same customer service as any other bank.
