A better app in simplicity and richness, simple things I needed to email my banker are built in here, some needs improvement, so far I am very pleased with the experience and service, will keep supporting👍🙏... Low fees, everything is clear and respected so far, I will update if it changes. Something with all the negative reviews are fishy, my experience and satisfaction is the complete opposite! So maybe competition trying to destroy something actually good and honest.

No English. Very bad. The app is very bad and very 00s, wayyy behind Kickoff that was better 10 years ago. Can't see the dynamics of the paper, no graphics. You can't buy American papers with shekels, so you buy dollars, and it doesn't let you pay with them anyway, and it shows shekels only. The 6% savings account is a lie because they only give you several days to use your card and transfer your salary there, and they make sure it's impossible to do. I can't wait for Revolut to destroy your s-es.

I applied for an account with ONE ZERO over two weeks ago and still could not access it. After a week of chasing support, someone finally called me, but even after more than an hour on the phone, the account was still not opened. I then requested that the account be closed, yet no one has responded or confirmed the closure. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing banking experience I have ever had. Completely unacceptable service.
