App does not work AT ALL. Every time I log into the donor portal, the app just stays on same page. Never able to log in. I have to use the website in order to schedule my appointments. This app has had this problem for at least 2 years, I thought it was my phone, but nope. New phone same issues.

I give blood whenever I can, but this app and your whole system is terrible. I can never log in, it always asks for a verification code. When I ask for the code, it never sends me one. So, how do you expect me to log in if you don't send me the verification code! Please fix your system.

The app won't let me book an appointment, although it was no problem to do so on One Blood's website.

RENAME IT!! I spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out why an installed app would not display but thanks to another reviewer I discovered that they RENAMED IT! It's Mobile Donor App now, so it's under M instead of O where it's always been. It's One Blood. The icon says One Blood. The app store says One Blood. What a ridiculous thing to change in the new version. Change the actual app name back to One Blood on the devices. And smack the developer for wasting our time.
