Won't allow me to sign in my Galaxy S8. Lack of support from One Day to resolve. I have to use this for work and I can't currently sign in

I HATE THIS APP. If my company did not require us to have it, I never ever would have kept it. Videos get stuck in people's spam folders. It sometimes takes hours for them to upload. Takes up way too much space on my phone. Editing is clunky imprecise. I spend more time with prospects troubleshooting than I do having meaningful communication with them. It was useful when our community was locked down or for people out of town. But beyond that it is just ieffectual busy work
