I enjoy using this app it has amazing potential since it has everything a provider needs in one place. However, I am being constantly logged out and being given an error code. I don't know if it is my phone that is the problem (honestly it probably is) but it can be very inconvenient. I think this app's capabilities are incredible it just needs to be a little more fine-tuned. The inconvenience of the constant logout issues is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

Auto logged me out and tells me an unexpected error occurred when I try literally anything to get back in, so I literally cannot use the app. This is a massive problem and needs to be fixed asap because I need to be able to access my protocols

Worse app ever. Have not been able to see my protocol in months. On my fourth username as it keeps deleting my profile. Reset password and it cannot validate your profile. We no longer carry paper protocols since this app was supposed be the fix. It won't long in on company iPad either so just hoping not to kill people.
