★★★★★ Great app, good UI/UX. I'm ok with 16 workouts policy, but it is awful that you can visit the location only 4 times! It is really annoying, cause if I like one gym I can't go there as often if as I want.

★★☆☆☆ I really like the concept of this app. Used it for years. But there are a few things that became frustrating over time. I don't like the check-in system. In some places I need to check in first on One Fit (this works well) but other places don't require me to check in. In recent times I completely forget to check in when I arrive to such places, and then I'm charged a fee even though I was there. On top of this, the app is really slow at startup and the check-in notifications don't open the app 🤷

★★☆☆☆ AVOID this company like the plague. Just another customer of many (see below) who was completely scammed and screwed over by their reactivation in 2020. I had deactivated my subscription 2 years ago and found out now that I have been instead charged monthly since September 2020, for absolutely no service. This was a mistake to not notice earlier, but the transaction from their end simply lists "ADYEN", without listing "One Fit" in the title, so it is easy to miss. This is another dishonest tactic since every other Adyen client lists the company name in the title, like "Rijksmuseum by Adyen" or "Etos via Adyen". They gladly took my 700+ euros while providing absolutely zero service to me, only to tell me at the end "it's your fault", instead of take ANY blame for the completely insignificant notice they gave for reactivation - literally two emails reminding it was unfrozen without my agreement in two years, and not a single notification after mid-August 2020. Sorry that the pandemic was hard on your company, but it's disgusting that you decided to try to stay afloat this way. I wonder how many hundreds of thousands you received over the past two years to people while providing them absolutely nothing. With your abysmal ratings everywhere I don't expect this to work out for you in the end.

★★☆☆☆ Without any consultation of its members beforehand, One fit limited the amount of workouts from 60 to 16 a month, selling this 'way less lessons for the same price' as their new 'fair use policy'. I've been a longtime happy member until now, but I'm shocked by the company's unfair policy towards both members and the sport instructors that work with them.
