I use the One Radon app from my phone as well as my desktop computer. The One Radon app is easy to navigate and when used on my phone allows me to set up a test or generate a report in the field using one of my 1028XPs. Highly recommend the app and Sun Radon.

The latest version of the app is great. I have it on desk top and mobile. I like the fact that I can just download a result and then drop off monitor at a new test site and add information and send results at a later time. I will admit that at first, when the app first went live, there were some bugs, but it appears that they have heard us users and worked on fixing these issues. The customer service has been very good to me since I have had my 1028xp units.

I just bought a 1028xp, so I can just send a direct report to my clients using this app. I sent a tester to myself, and I can't open it, and if I do, it's in text. Is there a video guide or anything? I really want to upgrade this 1-star rating, but so far it isn't user-friendly Edit: I finally got it to work. So I went out and with my monitor to preform a paid test, and now I can't get the app and monitor to connect via Bluetooth. The monitor is on and yes the Bluetooth on my phone is on.

They do not connect, it does the same thing it did before plus it just shuts down the app and says there is a bug in the app. Cleared cache and still doesn't work.

USB and Bluetooth connections are spotty or non-functional depending on the unit. This app works flawlessly for 1027s but 1028 / XPs are wildly hit-and-miss. App always asks for permission even when permission is provided for USB link, and closes the app when asking for permission making connection impossible
