OneRADON is an application specifically designed for use with SunRADON's family of Continuous Radon Monitors (CRM's).
The fully featured app allows you to connect to and control your monitor via Bluetooth (XP) or USB (1027, 1028, 1030) with ease. Xp users can start a test with a single click of a butten with customizable test delay, measurement interval, and duration. Simply connect to the monitor and the latest test data are retrieved automatically, which allows you to generate your custom PDF inspection reports and invoices with ease.
Further streamlining workflows, OneRADON is fully integrated with OneRADON Cloud, Desktop, and SunLAB, SunRADON's certified laboratory services. Generate a your inspection reports on-site, or upload your reports to your cloud account. Now with options to choose between a best practice based or ANSI/AARST compliant report or submit your report for review to SunLAB - all choices you have with a single click of a button.
Report options include the ability to adjust start/stop time selection after data download, adding monitor chain of custody information, addition of detailed property information including test conditions, addition of data tables, charts, and photos, selection of standard or creating custom inspection checklist items, or inclusion of report specific comments, signatures and more.
In addition, the one-time report configuration that now comes with default credentials for your monitors chain of custody and more saves you time generating your high quality, branded reports while still on-site.

I use the One Radon app from my phone as well as my desktop computer. The One Radon app is easy to navigate and when used on my phone allows me to set up a test or generate a report in the field using one of my 1028XPs. Highly recommend the app and Sun Radon.

The latest version of the app is great. I have it on desk top and mobile. I like the fact that I can just download a result and then drop off monitor at a new test site and add information and send results at a later time. I will admit that at first, when the app first went live, there were some bugs, but it appears that they have heard us users and worked on fixing these issues. The customer service has been very good to me since I have had my 1028xp units.

It actually got worse after the update. The app is basically worthless. UPDATE 05/22/23 I just tried the update you suggested. I tried on 3 of my 13 monitors. They do not connect, it does the same thing it did before plus it just shuts down the app and says there is a bug in the app. Cleared cache and still doesn't work.

USB and Bluetooth connections are spotty or non-functional depending on the unit. This app works flawlessly for 1027s but 1028 / XPs are wildly hit-and-miss. App always asks for permission even when permission is provided for USB link, and closes the app when asking for permission making connection impossible

I just bought a 1028xp, so I can just send a direct report to my clients using this app. I sent a tester to myself, and I can't open it, and if I do, it's in text. Is there a video guide or anything? I really want to upgrade this 1-star rating, but so far it isn't user-friendly Edit: I finally got it to work. So I went out and with my monitor to preform a paid test, and now I can't get the app and monitor to connect via Bluetooth. The monitor is on and yes the Bluetooth on my phone is on.
