I am very pleased with the reply and my feedback to the government officer taking action. Many seniors walk through this path daily. Currently, there are 204 seniors living at St George's towers and many more from the old estates of St George. Lousy App. Unable to report illegal parking. what's the point of making this app when you provide us the number to call hotline

On 13 June 2026 I wanted to submit illegal parking at my block. After taking photos and typed in all details once clicked submit the whole things gone. Tried 2 and 3rd times the issue remains so eventually the car that illegally park at the handicap lot without a valid license was able to do so the whole evening without getting summon. Please ensure your One Service App is reliable.
