OneSuite Mobile Dialer

★★★★★ Weird user experience but works with Samsung G S3 The application design is a bit weird when it comes to user experience, but it does work with Samsung Galaxy S3. (1) Make sure that you have configured the correct "Access Number" in the OneSuite Mobile Dialer App, and you have "ZipDial" feature enabled in your OneSuite Account as it saves you from entering the long PIN number. (2) Now open OneSuite Mobile Dialer app. (3) Enter the direct destination number (international 011-44-### or domestic 1-212-###), press "Call". (4) This is where the weird experience begins: as soon as you press "Call" button within the OneSuite Mobile Dialer, it will switches to the phone's default dialer, in my case, the Samsung native dialer. That was a surprise to me. (5) Next, it will dial the "Access Number" first, once it is connected, you will hear to good old instructional prompt saying "Please dial the phone number you want to reach", and then silence. (6) Well, after the "silence" prompt, we usually would follow the regular step and start punching in the destination number - DO NOT do that! Instead, just wait patiently because it is actually silently dialing the destination number for you in the background - invisibly. There you go, have fun!

★★☆☆☆ Worthless This app is worthless for most. All it does is call an access number to place the call for you. Who needs that. Anyone could do that via their phone book. I need a voip softphone app so I can use my onesuite balance to place calls via voip. This is lame.

★★☆☆☆ Useless This app is useless to my Samsung galaxy S3 android phone. I strictly followed the instructions to do the setup. When I dialed a phone number that starts with 011, the app dialer did start dialing a local access. Then it asks me to enter my international phone number, although it is supposed to dial that number directly. I manually entered the number as prompted, but it is always a busy tone. I tried a number of phone calls. None of them worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application a number of times, none worked. Perhaps this app is not compatible with the new galaxy S3 phone.

★★☆☆☆ Fail!!! This app doesn't work, always fails at the point of entering Pin number. My guess is that it's not transmitting the Pin at all. Very disappointing!!
