★★☆☆☆ Alcatel w800 not support. Please update

★★☆☆☆ To my dismay I just purchased the Alcatel Ride Fi for my car, hooked it up to the app, and the data usage which is the most important bit of info did in fact zero out every time I'd go out of the app and back in. I want a continuous data count per 30 day billing cycle. Also, I can't access settings in the app at all as it's coming up with some password error. So basically the app is good for nothing. Only shows that you are connected and how many users. Get with it Sprint it's 2017. You're going to lose sales over this. I wanted an app that would allow me to change my Wi-Fi name and password as well. 👎👎
