Great system, flexible and easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if the firewall feature was more robust to block certain access for kids.

Service is stable most of the time. But we need the capability to whitelist websites without the need to disable the advanced security feature. Or at least to select the period of time (number of hours) if we are going to temporarily allow the access to the website.

Very satisfied with Video tron/Helix tech support and overall service. The only problem is that the stand-by power in electric power outages is not sufficient. Laval QC.

Half of the options are in French half in English. My phone language is English and there are no options in the app to change the language.

The newest version of the app removed the option of changing Wi-Fi bands, channels and width. But why? So people wouldn't complain about their internet not working?! Why are they actively trying to make their whole internet service worse every day?!? It seems like they are trying to take away more and more basic options from customers to make them switch faster to other companies. Or just buying a third party router and using the Helix as bridge mode. They treat their customers like 5-year-olds

-10 stars. Terrible. This app continually upsets me every day. I HATE THIS APP so much it makes me want to drop the service, which is fine otherwise. Just let me use the options in the router settings on pc rather than force some pointless app that doesn't work half the time. I am constantly fighting with it. Often I disable a device, and it can still access the internet. It will just ignore the time limit schedules.

Video tron, in general, sucks. So does their Helix. The connection to the Internet keeps dropping, no matter the services I pay for, and how many times I restarted the modem/router. And their customer service is just infuriatingly incompetent. I left Bell for Video tron, but I'm seriously considering changing internet provider, again. Maybe Ohio?
