Very satisfied with Video tron/Helix tech support and overall service. The only problem is that the stand-by power in electric power outages is not sufficient. Laval QC.

Service is stable most of the time. But we need the capability to whitelist websites without the need to disable the advanced security feature. Or at least to select the period of time (number of hours) if we are going to temporarily allow the access to the website.

UPDATE : We got our Helix replaced and all our problems went away until last night we lost internet and all connections to our security cameras. Today I noticed that I no longer have access to changing back and forth from 2.4 or 5 g Wi-Fi. My camera's worked best with 5G and my cell too, but now it uses the Smart Wi-Fi and no matter what I do I can't go back to manual. I'm getting tired with Video tron controlling my life. I want my old internet back whete I had control of my modem.

-10 stars. Terrible. This app continually upsets me every day. I HATE THIS APP so much it makes me want to drop the service, which is fine otherwise. Just let me use the options in the router settings on pc rather than force some pointless app that doesn't work half the time. I am constantly fighting with it. Often I disable a device, and it can still access the internet. It will just ignore the time limit schedules.

Sub Park quality from my thought was a good company, but they use sub par equipment, so now I'm going to have to put the Helix in bridge mode and use a good router Wi-Fi 7 that has more power than this to give me better quality of Internet well I have one gig down from video tron coaxial / fiber optic 🤔🤷 a good internet company using sub equipment now I got to buy better retail to have better performance for my internet, 🤔👍
