Forget about Video tron illico if you're an anglophone as all content is only in French, and you can not remotely record shows on your pvr anymore. I've been a customer for 31 years consecutively and will be moving onto Bell.

No customer service! 40% increase in price?! They updated their app and canceled my service. I downloaded the new app and had to sign back up for $5 more per month. 40% increase! I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. The original price is still available if you signed up before 2020. But since they canceled my account without warning or so much as an email in September, I now fall under a new subscription at the new price. Unbelievable! No help!!!! Furious!

Useless, can no longer remotely program PVR. Seems to be a scam to have customers convert to Helix and pay supplement for ability to record programs.
