I initially ran into the same issue as other reviewers with the endless loading screen and error page. Restarting my phone, signing out and back in fixed it. When it works, the app is really useful, but the bugs are definitely annoying for the user experience.

Never works even after updating to helix Internet and upgrading phone plans. This app has never worked properly

Can't log in, and the app hasn't been updated in two years. Video tron should be embarrassed.

Which user experience? I cannot even login, it doesn't work, never did in the last couple of years. Come on Video tron, show your clients you've got a new version coming!
