I initially ran into the same issue as other reviewers with the endless loading screen and error page. Restarting my phone, signing out and back in fixed it. When it works, the app is really useful, but the bugs are definitely annoying for the user experience.

Like the others. App is completely useless, and I'm sure Video tron knows this. Can't log in. Get error messages for everything listed in my account (My usage, my invoice, my services). Don't ever have this issue with Bell.

Which user experience? I cannot even login, it doesn't work, never did in the last couple of years. Come on Video tron, show your clients you've got a new version coming!

Fix your app video tron, no app has ever given me this much trouble to log in then this one if I wasn't forced to use it I would delete it, it makes me want to throw my phone

There is good and there is bad. This app is just bad. I just spend 45 minutes just trying to log in and never succeeded. It never opens the page where you need to enter the code they sent your email. It simply has an icon that just spins and never gets anywhere.
