I initially ran into the same issue as other reviewers with the endless loading screen and error page. Restarting my phone, signing out and back in fixed it. When it works, the app is really useful, but the bugs are definitely annoying for the user experience.

This app never worked in all my years with Video tron. I've had multiple cellphone over the years, all android Samsung and pixel, it never worked. Customer service is aware of the situation for years and Video tron never fixed it

Simply does not work. I'm able to log in, but the app doesn't fetch any info from their servers, so it's just stuck on an endless log loop. Just make it load the webpage at this point...
