I have had Starry about 4 months now. I'm pretty happy with them. I can always get customer service on the phone. My Wi-Fi works pretty good. I like the set bill price, no hassle with fees and all that nonsense

Starry is the best internet provider I have ever had. The price is fixed, the service is great, and it works. When I had an issue, with Zoom freezing, a technician kept coming until I got the router that didn't freeze. Thank you, Starry. I moved into my apartment on January 24, 2019. Starry has been my provider since February 2019!

Terrible Service, can't connect to a live agent, won't call me back when I request calls, Wi-Fi drops and slows frequently. For $50 a month it's bad. I don't recommend.

I basically have to reinstall this app every time I get an error because it's so poorly made. This should just be a router page at 192.168.0.1 and not some absurd wraparound service that requires an internet connection.

Please fix the app functionality. I have been using starry for 4 years no complaints but the app is so neglected. While chatting over the starry app I was told to take a picture of the router, I took a picture and went back to app after just couple seconds and my chat got disconnected. It happened multiple times.
