I have had Starry about 4 months now. I'm pretty happy with them. I can always get customer service on the phone. My Wi-Fi works pretty good. I like the set bill price, no hassle with fees and all that nonsense

Starry is the best internet provider I have ever had. The price is fixed, the service is great, and it works. When I had an issue, with Zoom freezing, a technician kept coming until I got the router that didn't freeze. Thank you, Starry. I moved into my apartment on January 24, 2019. Starry has been my provider since February 2019!

I basically have to reinstall this app every time I get an error because it's so poorly made. This should just be a router page at 192.168.0.1 and not some absurd wraparound service that requires an internet connection.

Cheap Wi-Fi That's what you get And it drops service And when you call no one ever answer I pay my bill on time, and I have the highest speed But that's what you get Cheap non-reliable service There's no Verizon where I'm at Next month I'm dropping this service If they had an option for a score less than on They will get it

I didn't get to have it set up for an hour before the trouble. The technician, after setting up the motem and router told me I could change the username and password from the two something of my choice and handed me a link to lynksys where I could make the change. It said once done the equipment would shut off and to restart it, sign into my Wi-Fi, and I could get to work. Wrong It wouldn't accept my Wi-Fi, and I couldn't get back online and no you can't get help at all times. Urgent is 2hrs away
