Rupeek is very quick when it comes to providing a gold loan. The loan process was fast and smooth, which was a good experience. However, I am very disappointed with the customer service regarding the gold release process. When I contacted customer care to ask about how I could get my gold back, they simply told me that I would receive a callback. But I never received any callback. Please don't take rupees

Never do a single transaction with rupees... I pledged my gold and when I took too up they automatically increased the interest rate double and when I request to close the loan they said all the slots are booked call next month they will be able to process for closure.... go muthoot, mannaouram or anywhere but don't pledge here.
