OpenClassActions

OpenClassActions helps you find class action settlements you may be part of, file your claim on the official site, and know when the money is on its way.

SETTLEMENTS YOU CAN CLAIM NOW
Every open settlement with its deadline, who qualifies, what you can get, and whether you need proof. Filter to no-proof settlements and those closing soon.

LAWSUITS AND INVESTIGATIONS
Follow cases before they settle, and see when an investigation becomes a lawsuit or a lawsuit becomes a settlement.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU - TRACK WHICH SETTLEMENTS YOU FILED CLAIMS FOR
Save settlements to your Watchlist. Sign in once and your list follows you to any phone and to openclassactions.com.

ALERTS THAT ARE WORTH IT
Choose to be told when claims open, when payments start, when final approval lands, or when a deadline is a week away. Add your state to hear about new settlements open where you live. No more than one alert an hour, and never the same one twice.

READS OFFLINE
Articles and lists you have opened stay on your phone, so you can keep reading on the subway or when our servers are busy.

WRITTEN BY REAL PEOPLE
Every page is researched and written by our editors from court documents and official settlement sites, with sources linked. We never charge you to file a claim.

YOUR PRIVACY
Reading needs no account. If you sign in, we keep your email, your saved list, the state you choose and a notification token, and nothing else. No ads, no tracking, no selling data. Delete your account in the app at any time.
