So junk.... don't get open eye.... when I connect all I see is black screens I have a Samsung s3 and my cameras does not pull up@ all

Do not update, I have galaxy s4 I just updated, I get a black screen when connected to e series dvr. Professional series is fine. Fix this.

HD doesn't work on my Galaxy Note 8. Every time I try to get the camera to HD (which is the only way it isn't blurry) the picture disappears.
