Since updates, the app continues to fail as you complete your listing, and you need to start over. 2nd attempt, same deal. VIN scanner has not worked properly in the past 2 years on any Android device as well. The actual Trade rev app worked better

I hardly write reviews. Think this may be my first or second. But this app is sooooo bad. Trade rev was a terrible app for years and then just when I was getting to be really happy Adesa and trade rev went into being one and calling it open lane. That part is all good and fine but good grief with all the auction fees we pay to now open lane you would think they would have the best of the best in tech and fixing issues asap. Sorry for my rant but it's just a terrible app.
