Invaluable app, but please consider adding widgets which could, for example, show me my mum's care appointment times and carers' names for today and tomorrow, which would save me having to log into the app every time I want to check this information.

Good app to see carers notes. I would have given it 5 stars if it would save my password. It's a pain having to put the 12 digit password in twice a day. No idea why there isn't this option like many other apps I use. Or a fingerprint option ?

Doesn't work consistently/haven't been able to access the care plan (QR scan fails) and you have to re-input the password each time in order to try the scan again

Installed as requested by care agency to view up-to-date notes. This app doesn't work as being inside the gps doesn't work. Pointless and a waste of time. A paramedic here!

Done nothing but crash this last week. Most notes except the bit the visiting carer types now show as unscheduled or unavailable they are there when I check a visit then the next time I log in they have gone...useless! Your app needs sorting urgently it's of no use to families like this I have brought it to the attention of my Mums care company
