It's a fast app on Samsung/ Android Platforms, but I have noticed when my AppleOS colleagues seem to have a harder time with app responsiveness

Good app the only downside is if a customer is in hospital there isn't a way to do all tasks at the same time you have to do them individually which is very time-consuming in an already busy day

This app is fine, I use it for my daily reports. An important and urgent adjustment is that please remove the '✖️ clear' feature above the text box. It is really annoying and frustrating when you have painstakingly typed a lot of information and, just in the process of submitting, you see all you've written disappear in nanoseconds, never retrievable. You start thinking and can't even think what has just happened because you accidentally clicked on 'clear'. Hence, you have to star all over again

It's very important to be able to read previous call notes for clients before visiting them to have a sense of how their day/days, moods etc. have been since you last visited them, you are lucky if I can see 1 or 2 previous visits on the app, and I can be off for upto 3 days (days off) at a time or if on holiday upto 11 days, but I can't see what's been recorded whilst I'm off, that will be at least 12 visits (on days off) I can't view or at least 44 visits (if on holiday) that I can't access!!

The new update constantly kicks you out. It doesn't scroll down when you write the notes, so you can't see what you are writing and if you tick the wrong medication box you can't amend it while in the visit.

I don't like this app at all. It's far too time-consuming when time is already tighter than tight!! If you accidentally tick a task you can't change it, If a service user changes their mind you can't change it, if I want to see previous visits, I have to keep loading the page, if I want to go back to see another previous call, it takes me back to the beginning to start over!! Not all previous calls are available to see, meaning I could be missing vital information. Terrible app, too many issues!
