It seems the Open Rock Pro earbuds are not supported. Why would they not support all their products?

App only allows access to user manual while earbuds are connected. App should be able to allow access to user manual and any other offline support features even when earbuds are not connected.

WOuld not run on either of my Android 13 devices. I could pair it manually, but there is no way to even force the app to see an already paired set of buds. Without the app there is very little you can control, you cannot even tell the battery level without the app. Had to rely on guesswork to see if they would last all day. It did pair with my phone, but I don't use them on my phone, so that did nothing for me.
