OpenSky Homeschool Planner

OpenSky: Homeschool Planning That Actually Works
Homeschooling is rewarding — but planning it shouldn't eat your weekends. OpenSky helps homeschool families build their week in minutes, keep students on track, and see real progress without the spreadsheet chaos.
Built with and for homeschool parents, OpenSky works with any curriculum and any method — classical, Charlotte Mason, unit studies, eclectic, unschooling-adjacent, or your own blend. No rigid templates. No forcing your family into someone else's system.
What you can do with OpenSky
📅 Automated Scheduling — Tell OpenSky what you're teaching and when your school days happen. It lays out the week for you, handles days off, and rolls missed work forward so nothing falls through the cracks.
✅ Student Checklists — Each student gets their own daily checklist they can work through independently. Older kids love the ownership. Younger kids love checking boxes.
📈 Progress Tracking — See at a glance where each child is in every subject. Great for your own peace of mind, and invaluable when it's time for year-end reviews or portfolio reporting.
🧭 Guide, Your AI Homeschool Advisor — Stuck on how to approach fractions with a reluctant learner? Wondering how to structure a unit study on ancient Egypt? Guide is an AI advisor built into OpenSky that knows your students and your plans, and gives you real, personalized suggestions.
🌟 Fact of the Day — A family-friendly daily fact in every student's portal. A small thing that sparks big conversations at the breakfast table.
📱 Works Everywhere — Plan from your phone on the couch, review on your laptop at the kitchen table. Your data syncs automatically.
