Convenience at its finest. I enjoy the app because I can search for specific restaurants and then if that particular restaurant participates I can immediately set a reservation. Do not have to deal with phone calls, are they open to take reservation at time of call, if not, will they call me back if I leave a message etc. Open Table does away with all those anxiety inducing moments and allows you to make a reservation in under 3 minutes.

App has become useless. I can search restaurants, but when I click on one, it's the spinning wheel of death. It was doing it on my Pixel 7 Pro before switching to the Pixel 10a, and it still continues. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

ZERO Happiness OUR favorite restaurant did NOT have our 7:00 pm reservation! I especially reserved through THIS app weeks ahead of time.......this dinner celebration was for my husband's birthday AND our 22nd wedding anniversary! The SAME thing happened to us, quite a few times! I am going to do it the "Old fashioned" way......call the restaurant and actually rsvp!!! The same thing happened to us on our 4th Of July Las Vegas trip........NO reservation written down...NO dinner for us AGAIN!

The app itself is fine, but the notification asking for a review is falsely categorized as "Booking Updates". Given that I insist on turning off any category that contains such requests, I will unfortunately probably miss useful notifications that have been incorrectly grouped together with them. The point of the notification channels feature is that notifications which the user would be more vs less interested in should be in different categories.
