Overall very good. I do get occasional crashes, generally when opening OpenTable links from my email where the app repeatedly crashes, restores, crashes, restores, ... Otherwise, I'm very happy with the app!

I have only started using open Table this year and I find it easy to use, and the reminders are really useful. The fact that all my bookings are in one place is great.

When OpenTable has a guest limitation to book through the app (for instance when a restaurant can't be reserved through the app for more than 8 people), the app directs to contact the restaurant directly. The restaurant is able to associate my phone number with my OT account, but I don't earn 'Regulars' points, apparently because only bookings made through the app get points. BUT, I can't book through the app! Spending more for a large reservation, but not getting points = 1 star

This is the worst app, I have had nothing but issues upon issues. I've been using the app for over 3 years and book the same venue every week with no issues. I tried to redeem $40 voucher. Since then, they have consistently locked me out and said that I was a no-show even though I have booked the same venue every week for dinner past 3 years. They reinstate and then following week lock me out again. I have been waiting over 2 months for my vouchers, but still nothing. I do not recommend this app
