Operator is a professional-grade mobile app built for scrap yard operators, scale house attendants, and yard managers. Manage every step of your daily operations — from weighing inbound loads to shipping processed material — all from your phone or tablet.

INBOUND TICKETS & SCALE INTEGRATION
Weigh trucks in and out with Bluetooth-connected scales. Create inbound tickets, record gross and tare weights, capture load photos, assign commodity grades, and apply deductions or fees — right from the scale house.

OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS
Ship baled and processed material to mills and buyers. Create outbound tickets, track container weights and seal numbers, manage FOB terms, and link shipments to sales orders.

INVENTORY & PACKING LISTS
Track processed material and finished goods across your yard. Organize bales and loads into packing lists ready for shipment. Scan barcodes and QR codes for fast lookup.

PURCHASE & SALES ORDERS
Manage buy and sell contracts with full pricing and tonnage tracking. Link inbound tickets to purchase orders and outbound loads to sales orders for complete traceability.

CUSTOMER & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Maintain records for peddlers, haulers, dealers, and mill contacts. Store vehicle info, driver details, and multiple delivery locations per account.

HARDWARE BUILT FOR THE YARD
Connect Bluetooth scales for live weight capture and Star Micronics thermal printers for scale tickets and bale tags. Map cameras to scales for automatic photo documentation of every load.

MULTI-YARD SUPPORT
Manage multiple yard locations under one organization. Role-based access lets you control what scale operators, yard workers, and managers can see and do.

REPORTING
Access tonnage reports, sales analysis, inventory summaries, and ticket histories to stay on top of your operation.
