UPDATED REVIEW: It's been a few years since the transition and im like "digit who?" LOL! No really I love opportune! It's like another saving account and in the event im running short, transfers are easy as 1,2,3! I loved digit but since becoming Opportune there's been nothing but issues. I currently can't even open the app to get to my savings. Group savings tool

Absolutely love it it is so easy the constant balance notifications really make me question my daily spending. Saving without me realizing really helps me save faster I even like that I can set up many different savings goals I highly recommend! I can even request my account not to go below a certain amount, and it put my money from the savings back into my account ...wow 5 years later when trying to use it again im not happy will be closing my account will not aggressively save like I asked

Incredible app! Makes saving money amazingly fast & easy! Unfortunately, as of late, I can't withdraw from my account. When I attempt to transfer funds to my checking account, the drop-down menu, which usually appears to confirm my request, no longer appears. I'm hoping the issue is only temporary.

I signed up trying to get a loan, not realizing that I had agreed for then to take money out of my account and put it into what they call a rainy day fund, I tried putting a stop payment on it however my bank wasn't able to, when it finally said it was available in their app for transfer back into mine, after speaking to someone there, I attempted to move it, yet they still have my money I try to make the transfer, and it does nothing, at this point I feel like this is a place stealing money

I opened this account when it was Digit. Had this account since about 2021. Now I had to close my bank account & that meant I had to close this out. They were to send my checks (individual ones) for each goal I set up. I am now fighting to get my money returned to me. I would be careful of this company. Yes I was saving money, that I enjoyed but trying to get your money back I am getting a run around. BBB has been notified & lawyer.

They took money out my account that left my account overdrawn, I contacted customer support, and they said I basically have to wait three days until the funds show up in the opportune savings. I don't think that's right because then I'll have to wait even longer if I want those funds transferred back to my bank account with no fee. This usually doesn't happen, but it was a very inconvenient experience, they didn't really resolve anything, so I'll use this until I find something better.
