I just worked for a company that uses this ELD to cheat logs for their drivers. What they do is you call their eld team and tell them you need full HOS for example, and they tell you to give them 5 min and boom full HOS even if you just worked 11 or 14 it doesn't matter you'll never run out of HOS with a company using this ELD. I'm actually going to also report this to the fmcsa and D.O.T

Recently they called me asking for the tablet back sticker. What difference is it going to make if their app does identical thi g when Installed on the phone or tablet. Same issues. Block their numbers so they can't make annoying phone calls, Serbian people are annoying with their nonsense calls. Right after the phone call I logged in on the phone. A little later it works on the phone. They're playing with their app wasting people's time calling them asking for things that aren't related to problem
