They made it so easy to download this app. But the truth kind of hurts after they tell you someone acting with you choose to do something on someone else's behalf. I enjoyed the background running systems most of the time because there is no human going that way to interact with someone who is playing with my part. That's why we got into so many fights. Not just because it was fun. But because there was a better way to go around what had been troubling us. I am learning to forgive and forget.

Disappointed spent last 16 months & no solutions yet. OTR made errors every step. Amended tax w/ errors, I called constantly to get them to understand error. More calls to get it fixed right No supporting papers sent w/ form 1st time had to be sent to IRS again. Oversight & delayed. Trying to get pymt plan w/ IRS & OTR sent old financial info twice. More delays, another error & calls to OTR to get it right. I wish had done myself would've been less stress, fewer calls & quicker.

This is completely insane, according to IRS I still owe even though they are supposed to "FIX" the amount I owe through the IRS and I started the process like 2 years ago give or take

UPDATE- It's been 4 weeks since I posted this review and Optima Tax responded saying someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did. We ended up paying $2,500 more than we had to. They didn't help reduce taxes at all. We could have used that money toward taxes instead of paying Optima to set up a payment plan. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
