The OptimoRoute Driver App is an extension of OptimoRoute - a web-based route optimization and schedule planning tool for delivery and field service businesses. The app is used by drivers whose dispatchers use OptimoRoute to plan their routes. It gives you the route map, complete schedule, order information, and navigation in one place. The app also allows the collection of signatures, photos, and notes as proof of delivery. As you work through orders, the dispatching office stays updated with your progress. And, you can view the complete route and all orders on one screen.

This app works so well, my partner and I have been using it for our company deliveries and have not found a better software. Used in conjunction with the website online you can really make a business run smooth. We did use another app but the timing was so terrible, it was never accurate. However, this app is accurate, and sometimes we end up finishing ealier! You definitely need to be somewhat computer-literate for the website as there are alot of components, but it's as easy as can be otherwise.

Design improvement request: When in horizontal, the Order Details and Proof of Delivery screen is unwieldy; in Proof I can't get to the complete button and slider without scrolling down, and on the details side the map taking up half the screen makes buttons tiny. Thank you!

The inaccuracies for distance & timing is truly ridiculous. Time after time I'll compare my GPS location within optimoroute, optima will even match your exact location with Google Maps & waze, yet, show you're still not near your determined destination within its own app. It'll show your destination is still another street away or down the street. These inaccuracies really are costly in drivers delivery times and compensation rating. I really despise this app. No I won't contact customer service

Lousy Algorithm. Multiple error. Keep me going in circles. After 10 stop in one-step mall then 12 then back to the same strip mall. Some of the stop is just across the street but make me stop for 5 then back to the same location. Don't have overview map of the whole route.

When it works, it's great. I have an Android, and sometimes it goes to the settings page and gets stuck there while I'm in the middle of a delivery. I can't go off duty. I can't do anything other than send technical feedback which goes into the ether because technical support never gets it. Even after closing, it still goes to same page. I can only Uninstall/reinstall then admin on the system has to send me new activation key until it happens again. IPhone users no problems. Very unhappy.

Far from good 1 address close to last one but second on other side of city, non sens!! First must do the further addres then turn back and do the closer??!! Why? Big van turn back in tide country line, hate it.
