I never had a problem with the previous version of the app and the previous refresh was good. This new update is even better! It runs smoothly and the UI looks very modern, the homepage is now customizable. UPDATE: Since the refresh it takes forever to get notified of a transaction. What's the point of monitoring your account if the purchase shows up 1 to 2 days later.

The new update makes this app slow, difficult to navigate the menus, and freezing at the worst times. Paying through belle is a nightmare because I am unable to scan a buyers QR code.

Tells me my phone is not compatible with this application. I thought the previous App was great, easy to navigate. I have to use telephone banking and talk a live person now. I don't know why it was necessary to make this change. After 25 years I am unhappy with OCCU. I am not going to buy a new phone.
