My internet line was cancelled by error from Orange, it was even done to transform my internet to something called PRO (for another company) what was amazing was this errored cancellation was done with zero communication, no approval fromy my side, conclusion was internet out for 3 weeks, and telephone line number was lost (which all our friends and relatives knew), so far the apology from Orange was just order a new connection, that's all, calling the 3900 all what I got so far Niet/Null/zero

This is officially the worst customer service experience. I am not sure how they got their "best customer service" award. They literally lie and hold you on wait. And even on a customer service chat, expect a response that is slower than a postal mail. I work from home and the internet is crucial for me, yet they take it very lightly to let me go without any connection for 4 days.

The English menu has gone, why? Not all English customers are fluent in the French language. I may change my provider if Orange is not interested in its English customers.

I live in France but not good enough in French, this is international brand but still total in French in France.
