My internet line was cancelled by error from Orange, it was even done to transform my internet to something called PRO (for another company) what was amazing was this errored cancellation was done with zero communication, no approval fromy my side, conclusion was internet out for 3 weeks, and telephone line number was lost (which all our friends and relatives knew), so far the apology from Orange was just order a new connection, that's all, calling the 3900 all what I got so far Niet/Null/zero

The English menu has gone, why? Not all English customers are fluent in the French language. I may change my provider if Orange is not interested in its English customers.

I was told that I could change the TV that came with the internet box offer, they will put the less expensive TV, and then I could come next week to confirm which one I wanted. I then retuned to change it they said it was too late (I even wanted an expensier one obviously). Because I was mad I wanted to cancel the service, and they said... too late... engagement... I already cancelled my two mobile lines and will cancel once the engagement is done. I obviously already contacted support several times
