In galaxy s 22 ultra the app is lagging, freezing, stuck, doesn't load anything, very slow app.9 out of 10 times there are many problems when I load the app. Not even 1 time worked normally.

Bouygues telecom is not good, because there commitment is not same. They have hidden charge in their package. I am totaly disappointed there service.

An app representing a high-tech communication company that is barely usable the rare times I can even use it without is a disgrace. Plus I just got charged €6 for an iTunes subscription on my phone bill even though I own no Apple devices nor have I ever used iTunes. Pathetic

It works as long you use another network. If you try to use your own giga, it rams and rams again and again. 4g, 5g, 3g there's no f ing g ! Currently i m trying to use my own giga (I have 50 in total), my phone says it's in 4g buuuuut nothing works! It feels it's the internet from the 90 s, but it definitely doesn't come with the same monthly price.

This app feels deliberately misleading. When opened, it shows old data and does a fake “refresh” blink, making you think it’s updated. But the real updated usage only appears about 10 seconds later with no clear indication. This makes your usage look lower at first. Users should know they must wait for the silent refresh to see accurate data.
