I cannot connect to my account, I am sent to an old inactive account, and because I do not live in France (I cannot reset my account: no landline or phone number) so that all the bots and customer services pre-assessment shut me out

I have a very bad experience from customer service and the information they provided on the first day of buying SFR sim. I would have given one star, but the second star is for the internet (good quality).

SFR is a scam I got the service after 3 months that too very low speeds and then when I needed to cancel the service I was charged another 100 euros for cancellation. They don't have English support. The worst third world experience in a network operator ever. If you want to get SFR, the better option is to bang your head against the wall

This company is testing my patient I don't like this company they will automatically subscribe you to a game, tv channel and send you a message that you requested for the subscription please stop this madness I will sue You Sfr I promise you I regret dealing with this company how can you engage me to pay you every month on an offer I don't even want, I can only pay for my monthly subscription but not additional bills from the games and the TV channels you subscribed by yourself, be careful.
