I really like the Max plan, but Free has the worst network coverage in France—much better while outside France.

No english support they also constantly overcharge me with €10 per month each month with fake overcharge to sort the issue just report and revert the payment to balance the overcharge for example they overcharge me 40 euro I dispute and revert 1 40 euro transaction problem solved they have no email no english support on phone and no live chat so even using Google Translate to text them in French won't help very bad communication service -100/10 and constant spam calls ! But rest service is good

Can't cancel the atonement to save my life. Horrible ui and assistance. I lost my free mobile card last year. Tried to get it back but couldn't because I didn't have titre de sejour yet so I got reglomobile. Now I found out they keep cutting the bills for the number I stopped using. Tried to cancel it but couldn't. can't even call the number they ask call because I need a free mobile number to call
