Don't trust what the operators say, they are not competent and have lied over the phone about roaming data my contract. A contract which didn't include roaming data and costs me 120 euros within one day (equivalent of 6 months of their most expensive contract that would have included the 120 Mo consumed) ... ridiculous Xavier! Do something ...

Can't cancel the atonement to save my life. Horrible ui and assistance. I lost my free mobile card last year. Tried to get it back but couldn't because I didn't have titre de sejour yet so I got reglomobile. Now I found out they keep cutting the bills for the number I stopped using. Tried to cancel it but couldn't. can't even call the number they ask call because I need a free mobile number to call

I really like the Max plan, but Free has the worst network coverage in France—much better while outside France.

The customer care center does not respond to our calls, but at the end of the month they (free)take our money from our account. Am not happy with you.
