To apply simply go to Settings -> Themes and select the hamburger menu button near the top left and then select boot animations. You will find this in there after downloading and you can apply it. This only contains a boot animation for use with the Cyanogen theme engine.

Boot Problem-I do not recommend I have to say, the animation looks great. But the only thing that bothers me is when the animation itself goes in a loop. I started my phone and when my phone finally booted up with the lock screen, the animation immediately showed up again and was frozen in that animation. This led me to factory reset my phone which was an incredible hassle. Fix this or just don't download it.
