Orderita Merchant

Orderita Merchant is the complete store-management app — from the moment an order lands to the moment it reaches your customer, all from your phone.

⚡ Never miss an order
The moment a new order arrives, a full-screen alert takes over with a repeating chime until you respond. Accept or reject in one tap — no order slips past you while you're busy.

🤖 Snap your menu, let AI build the catalog
Entering products is the hardest part of opening a store. With Orderita, photograph your price list — or upload a PDF, Excel, or CSV — and AI extracts the sections, products, prices, and sizes for you. Review it, fix anything you want, and import it all in one tap.

📸 One photo fills in a product
Photograph a product and AI suggests its name, description, price, and the right category — you review and adjust.

📦 Full product control
Add and edit products, organise them into sections, switch any item on or off instantly, mark featured products, and set different sizes at different prices.

🏪 A storefront that looks like you
Choose your cover and logo, set your working hours, and control how your public store page looks to customers.

📱 A QR code and link for your store
Every store gets a public link and a print-ready QR code — put it on the table or the window and customers scan and order straight away.

📊 Reports that actually tell you something
Track today's orders, revenue, and average order value, and compare your performance across the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

💰 Follow your earnings
See your net earnings, delivered orders, and the status of every transfer request in one place.

⭐ Reviews and replies
Read your customers' feedback and reply to them directly from the app.

🎟️ Discount coupons
Create store-funded discount codes to win new customers and bring people back.

🔔 Instant notifications
Alerts for new orders and important updates, with a distinctive sound you'll recognise from across the room.

🔐 Your account, secured
A strong password and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your store.

🆘 In-app support
Open a support ticket and talk to the team without leaving the app.

🌍 Arabic and English
The whole app works in both, and you can switch any time.
