Bugged system keeps switching to an old card. Support refuse to support the issue or raise a bug case internally. Avoid until they figure out how to develop software properly and take ownership of their bugs.

Worst platform I've ever used. DON'T USE IT 1)The support team is useless both call centre&email services. (Called many times&waited till cut off, left msg, no one bother calling back). 2)Yr money will be gone from yr bank account & u won't get it back. The support will ask u to wait & u've to chase it from support level 1, then lv 2, then 3rd party, & 4th& 5th party. It will take you forever to get a refund. 3)To be honest, they're just a man in the middle. Who's ripping business owners' money

Has worked in the past about a year ago but now doesn't work at all. Orders placed using the app. Currently don't actually get placed with the supplier. Use with caution.

I only use this app because I have to. It's clunky, has a ton of bugs and support is awful. Problems on Android include non-functioning text fields, black text on black backgrounds in dark mode, platform disparity between mobile and web apps, non-functioning features, useless search from the early 2000s - every keyword in your search is treated equally, and you get hundreds of useless results to page through (8 at a time!) just to maybe find something you're looking for. Terrible app. Avoid it!
