Should have option to show orders that are "being prepared" with red color, for example, along with orders that are "ready" with green color (custom). If only show the "ready" orders, customers might not know their orders come through system or not. So they will bother us with questions like "Have you received my order?"

You can only put 10 numbers on the screen then you have to pay over £8.99 just to put 25 numbers more on the screen a day. Really expensive and not good. The order screen doesn't even have a ready and preparing side, so it's very impractical.
