I love Oregon Dairy, the quality of food, the large assortment of goods, and the client service. Unfortunately, the online ordering site is not user-friendly.

Confusing messages as to which number to use when arriving to pick up order. Recommend wiping ipad after each customer with clorox wipes.

As the grocery store and restaurant, Oregon Dairy is one of the best places around. However, as an online shopping site, there are a lot of improvements that could be made. It's unnecessarily difficult to do almost anything. For example, to add anything to a list is a multistep process. Also, at checkout, it is impossible to delete credit cards that are no longer being used or to use multiple forms of payment; the site will only accept credit cards; not even Oregon dairy gift cards.
