Works just as advertised. To those that claim it doesn't work simply need to use the current version and make sure to use a complete permit number or better yet simply put in the address numbers without a street. You may get some extra results, but you will get the job you want. You also need to not use the contractor number field unless you only want results to show the permits your contractor number is actually associated with.

This app never shows all the open permits for a specific job. I have to call the jurisdiction every time to make sure they recorded the individual inspection scheduled.

It never works when I'm under a time crunch. Or ever. 15 times out of 80? For the win! I used my bf's phone thinking it was an android problem. Nope, just a problem. No inspection in a week.
