OSCU is the best I switched from red canoe, and I have been happy with my decision to switch for many years, and if you ever have problems or need help they're always there for you. They have taught me about credit, and many other things because I didn't have the education, experience, or guidance till I partnered with OSCU. Anyway I appreciate all the employees, and what they do for our community. Thank you very much.

The UI is terrible for someone who has multiple accounts. I can't get an at a glance view of my total balance among all accounts because the cards are so big I have to scroll. The snapshot is not a snapshot. It's the same of all accounts as when you log in. I really didn't see the need to switch to an entirely different app. The whole thing feels bloated and unnecessary.

Can't log in, doesn't recognize credentials and can't find my account based on my information. App non-useable at the moment.

Does not work. Was forced to replace the old app to the new app and cannot get past the forced password reset page. Customer service isn't even able to help me out, and now I'm completely locked out from all of my bank accounts.
