OSCU is the best I switched from red canoe, and I have been happy with my decision to switch for many years, and if you ever have problems or need help they're always there for you. They have taught me about credit, and many other things because I didn't have the education, experience, or guidance till I partnered with OSCU. Anyway I appreciate all the employees, and what they do for our community. Thank you very much.

non-functional requiring you to reset password and input ssn before logging in. hard to remember what email, phone number, username I used when creating an account. From what I heard it's just a worse version of the previous app as well. Going to have to go to my local branch and get it fixed.

I had no problems using the old app for nearly a decade. As soon as the switch happened it has locked me out of my account entirely.

Does not work. Was forced to replace the old app to the new app and cannot get past the forced password reset page. Customer service isn't even able to help me out, and now I'm completely locked out from all of my bank accounts.
